Class update

I have really enjoyed the new things that I have been learning in Graphic Design. I am able able to use the things we are learning to help me with the photos that I am taking for my special problems photography class to help me edit them. Keep up the good work and I can't wait to learn more about photoshop and the other programs we will be working with.

Photo Composition

Photo Composition #1

This photo represents framing. The chair perfectly frames her eyes. It makes the eye directly focus on her and her eyes. This photo is a jpeg. It still looks high quality when it is posted to a blog but you wouldn't want to edit using this photo as a jpeg.

Photo Composition #2

This photo express line composition. Your eyes travel right along the fence. This photo is also a jpeg and has already been edited.

This is center photo composition. Your able to cut the image right in half. It is also a jpeg

Examples of Graphic Design

The example above is an example of continuance. I think that this is a good example of graphic design because the picture makes you want to continue further and see what is up ahead. The design is fairly simple in the sense that it is just a picture, but I think it could be used for a lot of different things.

The image above is an example of balance. Everything is very clean cut and you don't get distracted by anything. The use of small boxes and the diamond in the middle design gives the image the perfect weight for the eyes. I really like this use of good graphic design.
